Information may remain in backups for a limited period in accordance with backup and disaster recovery practices.

Where SmartTask acts as a processor on behalf of a customer, we may refer your request to the relevant customer or process the request based on the customer's instructions.
We may decline or limit a deletion request where retention is required or permitted by law, contractual obligations, security reasons, fraud prevention, backups, dispute resolution, tax requirements, accounting requirements, or legitimate business purposes.
