The Best Smartsheet Alternative Built for Client Work

I have to use a six page set of instructions to get a project entered and linked in the right places in SmartSheets. It's not at all intuitive or easy to remember all the steps. It's click here, open a new tab, right click, scroll over 100 cells, copy and paste, go back to the other tab.

The platform feels outdated and is not intuitive. You can’t do global search, it's difficult to add information. Further, the sheets don't "connect" so everything is separate and in silos

Where do I begin. I can't delete columns that I want to delete due to the random primary column rule. Every question I google on SmartSheets shows me a frustrated community page where people's minds are dumbfounded at how simple features and functionality of a sheet is non-existent.

Smartsheet recently changed their billing structure without warning and I've been trying for 2 weeks to contact someone without any help. Their sales team says to contact their service department but their service department won't return emails and can't easily be reached.

They are unreliable. There is no support when the software fails and above all the billing system is an scam. They will change the agreements of the service with no notice. They will ask you to pay extra for features that you had already included in the initial subscription.
